Young Entrepreneurs joins teens of different cultures, e.g. Arabs and Jews, native Israelis and Ethiopian immigrants, religious and secular, to develop skills that they can apply both in business and social settings.
To reach these goals, participants participate in workshops presented by staff of successful NGOs and for-profit businesses in which they learn to develop business plans, budgets and assessment tools. They join in identifying and addressing common social challenges, seeing each other as equal citizens while developing commitment to community and social responsibility. And, they visit and intern in businesses enhancing their employability and their hope for the future.
This year, Young Entrepreneurs is being conducted in Kiryat Malachi, Lod and Akko.
